THE RING MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE: The Hidden Consequences of Cohabitation and the Strong Benefits of Marriage
By: Glenn T. Stanton

Why not cohabitate?

Many believe nothing is better for their future marriage than a trial period—cohabitation. It’s the fastest growing family type in the U.S. So how’s that working out? Are people truly happier?

Author Glenn Stanton offers a compelling factual case that nearly every area of health and happiness is increased by marriage and decreased by cohabitation.

With credible data and compassion, Stanton explores the reasons why the cohabitation trend is growing; outlines its negative outcomes for men, women, and children; and makes a case for why marriage is still the best arrangement for the flourishing of couples and society.

This resource is ideal for those who are cohabitating or considering it, as well as pastors and counselors who need to be able to engage this issue.

Kenosis – Teen Disciples for Love & Life -Cont’d

For High School Students who have taken Theology of the Body. Kenosis is the Greek word for “self-emptying,” which John Paul II relates to “self-gift.” Since we cannot give what we do not have, “kenosis” reminds us that we must receive everything from God if we are to give a fruitful gift of self. Kenosis forms and educates young Catholic leaders into missionary disciples through the transforming power of Jesus Christ in the Holy Spirit. This is the heart of the New Evangelization where confident and energized high school students learn to meet their peers where they are and invite them into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and the Catholic Church. Lifelong friendships are started here.

YOU: Life, Love, and TOB – Cont’d

(Alternates with Kenosis)

A Life-Changing Experience for Teens

Identity. Gender. Love. Chastity. The world is a difficult place for teens, and it has become increasingly hard for parents and educators to help teens discover the truth about their bodies, their sexuality, and their unique call to love.

In an age of “selfies” and egocentrism, You cuts through the noise to present an authentic view of the human person. It presents young people with the extraordinary story of their creation as unrepeatable individuals. But the program doesn’t stop there.

YOU: Life, Love, and the Theology of the Body introduces teens to the truth that life is not, in fact, all about them; it is about going out of themselves to be a sincere gift for others.
