PT Accounting/Fund Development Coordinator

Ruah Woods, located in Cincinnati, OH, seeks a knowledgeable PT Accounting/Fund Development Coordinator to provide administrative support by performing data entry, report tracking & reconciliation in posting transactions to Financial Edge for accounting and Raisers Edge for fund development. This is a flexible 20 hour per week position ideal for both the retired corporate expert ready to shift gears to a mission driven non-profit or someone interested in rejoining the workforce in a part time capacity. Hours are flexible.

Job Description

Posts transactions from source documents such as invoices to customers, cash receipts and supplier invoices to Financial Edge; Prepares monthly bank reconciliations for bank accounts to ensure their accuracy

Records Accounts Payable and pays invoices by check, EFT, etc; Records bank deposits and credit card payments in Financial Edge and Raisers Edge; Records monthly investment account activity

Receives, prints and traces to Stripe all Wufoo payments, analyzes monthly credit card bill for RWPress & Ruah Woods charges to properly allocate expenses

Prepares invoices for Ruah Woods book sales and monitors collections, tracks inventory purchase and sales

Records Ruah Woods Psychological Services fees and payments into Financial Edge and tracks RWPS Accounts Receivable and reviews statements with Office Manager and Clinical Psychologist

Using Raisers Edge Event Module, provides Banquet (and other event) administrative support, prepares mailing lists, tracks table sponsors, ticket sales, donations; Opens donations and cross checks all totals, processes credit card donations/pledges in timely manner; Prepares comparative accounting summary of proceeds.

Inputs and maintains donor information into Raisers Edge, records & tracks donation pledges, ensures that multiple year pledges are collected in a timely manner; Prepares mailing lists and tracks donations for appeals & events throughout year. Prepares current donor acknowledgements and year end acknowledgements for installment donors

New Evangelization Center Administrative Support Coordinator

Ruah Woods, located in Cincinnati, OH, seeks a multitasker extraordinaire! This talented and organized person will provide administrative support to Ruah Woods Press and TOB classes, programming and events. They will interface with volunteers, facilitators and guests utilizing Ruah Woods space ensuring their understanding and compliance in using the campus. This person, who knows their way around office support, will provide general clerical assistance, maintain proper inventory of office, educational, hospitality and cleaning supplies, maintain office & AV equipment, run routine errands to bank and post office and keep the appearance and integrity of the facility so that it is always suitable for visitors.

TOB Program Coordinator

Ruah Woods, located in Cincinnati, OH, seeks a Theology of the Body Program Coordinator to oversees, direct and manage the delivery of TOB Adult & Youth Programming. Hours are flexible.

Job Description

Annually updates/maintains website with program schedule provided by Executive Director.

Promotes programming in collaboration with Marketing assistance, originates and executes plans to promote, market and advertise all Ruah Wood programs and services using social media, email blasts, website, radio interviews and whatever other means that are deemed necessary and effective.

Oversees, manages and directs Adult TOB Programming
In collaboration with Executive Director, solicits and schedules qualified volunteer facilitators. Confirms with class facilitator date/time/place of class, ensures proper space is reserved; functions as Ruah Woods contact for outside facilitators answering questions and informing them of pertinent information.

Coordinates with NEC Administrative Support Coordinator and ensures all materials are organized and available for participants on first night of class, ensures classroom is setup and AV equipment operational.

Oversees, manages and directs Youth TOB Programming

a. Leads Kenosis: HS Program
i. Core Team
ii. Recruit Adult Core Members
iii. Train Adult Core
iv. Plan and Lead Annual Core Team Retreat/Day of Reflection
v. Conduct Regular Adult Core Meetings

b. Program
i. Schedule meeting dates
ii. Research commercial youth group programs for materials and approaches
iii. Organize and prepare annual Kenosis invitation mailing
iv. Lead Kenosis nights
v. Interact with and handle any parent questions and concerns
vi. Be regularly available to Kenosis Disciples for spiritual direction
vii. Adhere to and maintain all safe environment standards

c. Schedule & Organize all other teen on-site programs, including:
i. YOU
ii. 2CU (TOB for Teens Middle School Edition)
iii. TOB for Teens: Made for More Retreat
iv. 2CU: Day Retreat (currently called “Cloudy With a Chance of Salvation”)

Directs Youth Program Intern

Virtus Coordinator responsible for all aspects and requirements for safe environment

Designs, implements and maintains ongoing performance indicator evaluation system to measure the outcomes of programming.
a. In collaboration with Executive Director: Develops an evaluation plan for collecting data on performance measures; Establishes measureable goals and objectives; Designs and conducts the program evaluation to continuously assess program’s progress in achieving its established goals and objectives; Identifies measures to reflect the impact of program’s activities; Uses the results to refine and improve services.

Volunteer Management
a. Supervises volunteers and provides direction, coordination and consultation for all volunteer facilitators within the organization.
b. Develops and maintains volunteer appreciation outreach through writing thank you notes, including volunteers in professional development and training opportunities, inviting to pro-life activities and banquets
c. Plans and executes annual Volunteer Appreciation event
