Tony Maas, President

Tony Maas is President and CEO of J.T.M FoodGroup, a family owned and operated business spanning four generations. JTM is a food manufacturer of foodservice, school, military, restaurant and retail food products serving markets both domestically and internationally. It is rooted in its founding principles of dedication, faith, hard work and family which continue to embody the JTM
spirit and commitment to excellence. JTM is proud to acknowledge God in the workplace and tithes company profits to various ministries.
 
As the founding member of Ruah Woods, Tony believe there is nothing more important today than the establishment of family values and respecting the sanctity of life. To that end Tony is involved in several ministries such as: Heartbeat International, Priests for Life, Sanctity of Life Foundation, Women Exploited by Abortion (WEBA), Right to Life of Cincinnati, Right to Life of Ohio and Underground Zone Ministry. Passionately interested in pro-life work Tony and wife, Barb contribute their time, talent and treasure to these and many other worthwhile causes.
 
Tony’s Catholic faith and values is the foundation for his personal and professional life. Recognizing the need for strong priests Tony and Barb support the priestly formation of those attending Mt. St. Mary’s seminary in Cincinnati as well as the Dominican Friars and Legionnaires of Christ.
 
Tony and Barb are parishioners at Our Lady of Visitation Parish in Cincinnati, OH. Native Cincinnatians, they are the happy parents of five children.
 
 
Joseph A. Brinck, Vice President
 
Joe Brinck is CEO of Stelter and Brinck, LTD, a manufacturer of industrial process heat equipment, including air pollution control equipment and process air heaters. He is also President of Superior Thermal, Ltd. a manufacturer’s representative agency selling industrial gas burners and controls in the states of Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. “My businesses belong to Jesus and we state so in our corporate minutes and our mission and vision statements. We use our businesses to evangelize our employees, customers and suppliers. We use the profits to support pro-life organizations.”
 
Joe travels the country working among the leaders in the pro-life movement. He is President of the Sanctity of Life Foundation which is a conduit foundation that identifies and works with the most effective pro-life organizations. In an effort to end legalized abortion, they maintain a bird’s eye view of the pro-life movement and aid ministries to become more effective and promote cooperation among pro-life groups. As one of the founders of Ruah Woods he sees the teaching of the Theology of the Body as key to ushering in the Culture of Life. 
 
Joe and his wife Cindy are members of St. James Church, White Oak.  Joe has served as a lector for the past 30 years and he is a frequent speaker on the subject of Catholic apologetics, living in the power of the Holy Spirit and other spiritual topics.
 
Joe is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. A native of Cincinnati, Joe and Cindy are the proud parents of five children.
 


Thomas Gruber, Treasurer

Thomas Gruber is president of CareStar, Inc., a Cincinnati-based company providing home and community-based services, principally to aged and disabled Medicaid consumers.  Tom has enjoyed a career of nearly thirty years in the health care industry. He is proud of CareStar, a company with more than 400 employees that he co-founded with his two business partners in 1988.
 
Tom serves on committees and boards of several non-profit organizations in the Greater Cincinnati area. Tom, and his wife, Nancy are passionately interested in pro-life work, volunteering their time to counsel engaged couples where they employ the principles of Theology of the Body in their work.
 
Tom and Nancy are parishioners at St. John the Baptist Parish, Harrison, OH, where Tom serves as an extraordinary minister, lector and Finance Commission volunteer.
 
Tom is a graduate of Saint John’s University, Collegeville, MN with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. A native of Cincinnati, Tom and Nancy live in Harrison and are the blessed parents of six children.
